Many times we fail to think clearly because our brain is dehydrated. Remember to drink eight to ten glasses of water a day.
The amount of water you consume each day plays an important role in keeping your body healthy. Drink a lot of water during the day gives you enormous health benefits. See below what they are.

Relieves fatigue
If you always feel tired, it may be because little water babies. Water is used by the body to remove toxins and waste products which need not. When there is less water in the body, the heart has to work harder to pump oxygenated blood to all cells and other major organs. All these factors make you feel always tired.


It aids in digestion and constipation
When you drink enough water your metabolism rate increases, this means that the food you eat is broken down properly. This helps your digestive system work properly preventing constipation.

In most cases, the main reason for the headaches and migraines is dehydration. So, when you have a headache, drink water to hydrate your body and your problem resolved soon.

The water makes your body feel good and improve your energy level.
